Amber Heard appears to be making a lot of noise after losing the bombshell defamation trial launched against her by ex-husband Johnny Depp.

A Virginia jury debated and determined that Heard defamed the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor after penning an op-ed for the Washington Post in 2018 claiming she was a victim of abuse.

Though Heard did not identify Depp in the article, it was clear that it was about him because she had accused him of physical violence just days before filing for divorce and a restraining order against him.

Heard was ordered to pay Depp $10.35 million, but her attorneys argued she couldn't because she didn't have the money.

But it appears that she now has a plan, and her next step is apparently to write a book about her deal.

According to an individual who talked to OK magazine, Heard already believes her Hollywood career is done.

"She's already in discussions and is quite enthused about it." She has nothing to lose by telling the truth at this time."

According to reports, the broke actress is unable to turn down the money, which is why she embarked on her current business.

However, doing so may result in much greater damage to her ex-husband's image.

According to Dror Bikel, author of "The 1% Divorce," the 36-year-old actress's image was ruined by the Virginia decision since the jurors already knew she was impossible in every way.

However, the author believes that by writing a book about the entire incident, Amber Heard should be even more cautious about what she says about Johnny Depp.

"Depp and his counsel will be reading and listening to everything Heard says," he continued. If she crosses the line, which is quite possible, she will be slammed with another defamation claim and wind herself back in court."

While the "Aquaman" actress has not experienced any ramifications from the trial, such as job loss, Warner Bros. has replaced Depp with Mads Mikkelsen in the newest "Fantastic Beasts" movie, which was released this year.

Margot Robbie succeeded him in the sixth film of the "Pirates of the Caribbean" franchise.

It's unknown what Johnny Depp's next film will be, but with his newest and rumored release of his music album, the emphasis will undoubtedly be on him.
