Maggie Revera exclusively focuses her practice on matrimonial and family law. Maggie is a compassionate and hardworking advocate whose attention to detail and creative problem solving supports her in managing and resolving sensitive issues of a divorce proceeding such as equitable distribution, child custody and visitation, support matters, family offense disputes, and domestic violence.
Maggie received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. During law school she interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, Civil Division, as well as a personal injury law firm based in Manhattan. Additionally, while at law school, she participated in the Family Law Clinic, was an editor of the Urban Law Journal, and a member of the Domestic Resolution Society, where she competed on the ABA Domestic Arbitration team and won the ABA National Arbitration Competition. She later participated as the ABA Domestic Arbitration Competition Team Coach where her team finished in second place nationally.
Prior to joining Bikel Rosenthal & Schanfield, LLP, Maggie interned for the Honorable Michael L. Katz, a matrimonial justice of the New York County Supreme Court, where she assisted in trial practice, researched and drafted decisions, and executed legal documents.
